RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

You must return/exchange product within 14 days of the order delivery date. (The order delivery date and order notification are provided to you by email).

 

You must ship the item you wish to return back to us within 14 days of the date of the purchase. Items returned to us after 14 days of the date of the purchase cannot be returned.

Outlet Sale item purchases are only eligible for exchanges. Sorry, no returns are available on sale items.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to get the item returned to KRUZIN Footwear, and the shipping cost to get the exchanged item

shipped to back them.

Shipping charges are not refundable for returned items.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

In the event that the customer refuses delivery of the shipment, the customer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.

If the customer would like to return or exchange an item, they are responsible for the shipping costs to get the item returned to KRUZIN Footwear, and the shipping cost to get the exchanged item shipped to back them.

Shipping charges are not refundable for returned items.

WHAT IS THE "AS NEW" CONDITION?

Items returned to us need to be 100% ‘as new’. This means they cannot be worn except to try on, and they cannot have any scratches on any part of the uppers or soles, have any dirt, scuff marks or excessive wrinkles.

We suggest that when you are trying on shoes before you’ve decided to keep them, you only walk on carpets in order to protect the soles of the shoes.

Items that are not ‘as new’ will not be accepted for return, and will be returned to you.

We do not consider damage caused by normal wear and tear to be a fault.

Equally damage caused by use of the merchandise for purposes other than its intended use is equally not considered a manufacturer’s defect.

CAN I REMOVE THE TAGS?

Tags affixed to products must not be removed if you plan to return your purchase(s). If the tags are removed, the products will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I RECEIVED AS A GIFT?

Yes. A return of an item purchased as a gift will result in a refund of the original purchaser’s credit card.

If you receive an item as a gift and wish to return it, simply follow the instructions found below on how to return/exchange an item.

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

To process your return/exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Please email info@kruzinfootwear.com within 14 days of delivery date established by shipper. (Orders are eligible for return/exchanges if 14 days old or less than provided delivery date established by shipper i.e. USPS FED EX, etc.)

  2. Please state discrepancy of order including order number, name, item(s) desired to exchange or return. info@kruznfootwear.com reserves the right to refuse packages that do not follow return policy instructions.

  3.  After you get Return Authorization, you will have the opportunity to have a return shipping label generated for you. If you choose not to use a label provided by us, ship your package back to us at the following address:

  4. Please include a print out of your original order receipt and place in   the return/exchange package.

  5. Important – Please make sure to insure your shipment & record your  tracking number because we cannot issue an exchange or refund until our warehouse confirms receipt.

 

 

You will be responsible for the shipping charges unless you have received incorrect goods.

 

If you have received incorrect goods, please email our customer care at info@kruzinfootwear.com and we will respond with the appropriate return instructions.

 

Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they cannot be accepted.

All returns will be credited to the original credit card used.

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 1 week of our warehouse receiving your item, unless the exchange requested is on backorder.

RETURNS RECEIPT CONFIRMATION 

Returns will be refunded after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition. You will receive an email that the return was received and a refund was made to the credit card you used to pay for your order within maximum 15 days.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE I GET A REFUND?

As soon as the refund is made to the payment option you used for your order, you will get a confirmation email.

 

In case you paid with Credit Card, it may take up to 15 days for the amount to show on your credit card statement.

 

In case of PayPal payment, the credit will show in your PayPal account within 24-48 hours after you received the confirmation email.

The clearance date of the repayment on your credit card will be the same as the initial payment to KRUZIN Footwear. As a consequence, the party who made the payment will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED ONLINE TO A STORE?

Sorry, but we currently do not offer the possibility to return or exchange items purchased online to our stores.
